Policy around returns, exchanges
All sales are final| We do not offer refunds on products, we will offer replacements. (Condition apply)
Order processing and delivery times
Retail orders are processed for delivery 2-3 days after payment is confirmed. Retail delivery days are Tuesday and Friday each week. We offer same-day delivery this is consider as rush order and will attract a fee of $500.
Delivery days for pickup are Monday and Thursady at specific location.
Courier Service Sunday only.
Wholesale orders are processed for delivery 5-10 days after payment is confirmed. The processing time is based on the amount of bulk order during the time of your purchase. However we will try to expedite your order as soon as possible. All shipping information is sent via email and whatsapp.
Delivery days for wholesale orders are Wednesday & Saturday.
